FLIGHT SCHEDULE

  • Flight Information will be sent out to all travelers. You may select to join the tour guides or purchase your flight on your own.

TRAVEL NOTES

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond the travel dates.

  • The group flight will leave U.S. on Saturday September 19, 2026 arrive in Nairobi, Kenya on Sunday, September 20, 2026

  • The group will depart Nairobi on Sunday, September 27 and arrive in the U.S. on Monday, September 28, 2026

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Travelers may choose ONE of the following:

OPTION 1 — Monthly Payments

  • $200 deposit due Feb 1

  • Equal monthly payments on:
    March 1, April 1, May 1, June 1, July 1, August 1

  • Final payment due August 1

OPTION 2 — 3-Payment Plan

  • Deposit: $200 due Feb 1

  • Payment 1: March 15

  • Payment 2: June 15

  • Payment 3 (Final): August 15

🔐 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • $200 deposit is non-refundable.

  • 90+ days before departure → 50% refund of payments (minus deposit)

  • 60–89 days → 25% refund (minus deposit)

  • Under 60 days → No refund

AE Tours is not responsible for missed flights or traveler-initiated delays.

If AE Tours cancels the trip:

  • All payments except deposit are refunded in full.
